Can you feel the shift?



There is something going on, you can't quite explain it, but it's as though everything in your life is changing.

For me, I am becoming.

I am not an astrologist, nor do I have any education to back what I say. I just feel.


I have always been a “feeler”, quick to cry, quick to laugh. Emotions are my superpower.


Lately my emotional feedback system has been going ape shit crazy!! I am high, I am low, I dream of incredible things I want to achieve, then I tell myself how impossible it is.


The roller coaster ride is nauseating!


But I can tell you a secret.


These intense feelings you are feeling are shedding the past. Releasing the old patterns of thought, letting go of the sludge you have been carrying.


All this is happening to transform your life.


Symptoms of life changing shifts can include but are not be limited to,

  • fatigue or restlessness
  • anxiety
  • being easily distracted
  • emotional
  • trouble sleeping
  • achiness
  • obsessive behaviours
  • headaches
  • feeling overwhelmed


These are ways our bodies and minds often sense and feel the energy of the outside world, but don't know how to respond.


Generally speaking most of us don't like change, even the good kind.


We resist, kicking and screaming, because the unknown is scary, has no guarantees, and definitely doesn't come with a refund policy if it doesn't work.


The problem is it's going to happen anyway.


We are meant to flow with the energy fields around us, raising higher when it does, and going into times of reflection when it calls us to.


Right now, we are being called to surrender into our powers and trust what we are feeling as truth.


To fall into the unknown like the trust game, where you allow yourself to let go, and hope someone is there to catch you.


But don't worry, there are ways to ease the stress of massive, life transforming, energy!!


Here are some amazing ways to ease some of the above symptoms and make moving into the next phase a lot easier,

  • drink lots of water
  • detox with salt baths
  • meditate
  • listen to your inner voice
  • spend time in nature
  • make love
  • journal
  • surround yourself with high energy people
  • drink tea
  • read


Transforming into your truest, highest self doesn't have to be painful.


I have been saying that this year is going to shift us all into a sense of being.




This matters to me and so I find myself making decisions that I have never made before, and stepping into shoes that feel a little too big, but I am confident I will grow into.


My physical manifestation of change is head aches, but not the painful, bad weather kind. My head feels like I am working it out hard. I'm pushing it to a new level of thinking.


I feel as though I don't have enough time, I want so many things, and this causes me anxiety, of the real nature. I shake and feel overwhelmed.


But then I remember to breath, and that this is part of my journey and I stop fighting.


Believe in yourself, believe in the process and believe what your inner self is saying to you.
